doTERRA xEO Mega Essential Oil Omega Complex is a unique formula of CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade® essential oils and a proprietary blend of marine- and land-sourced omega fatty acids. Our brains are, in fact, made up of fat. The human brain is the fattiest organ, consisting of a minimum of around 60% fat. What Is Quercetin and Why Do I Need It?
Quercetin is listed in the ingredients in the Alpha CRS +.
But what is it exactly?
It is a flavonoid, one that gives plants their red color. In fact, it is found in many red foods such as cranberries, cherries, and apple peels.
Quercetin helps to regulate inflammation in the body and subsequently increases cellular vitality and neuroprotective properties. Our bodies can experience something called Oxidative Stress. This happens when there is an imbalance of too much oxidation and not enough antioxidants.
Because Quercetin is an antioxidant, it acts as a moderator in helping to regulate the oxygen molecules. This prevents an increase of inflammation, which makes Quercetin even more desirable during seasons of high stress and illness. As a result of decreasing inflammation in the body, Quercetin helps to support mood and symptoms related to personality disorders.
